芬可乐Finkl DRX S7冷作工具钢在常规热处理条件下残余奥氏体几乎全部分解,一般可省略深冷处理,在较强硬度下仍可保持较高的韧性,它在热处理后的硬度也高于H13,在强度方面也超过H13韧性超过A2,可补H13模具钢及A2工具钢在应用上的不足之处,应用硬度一般在52HRC-58HRC之间,火花电蚀后应除白化层及再次回火处理,回火温度应比上一次回火低50℃。

正确热处理可达到HRC55-57的超高强度但是国产S7与真正的S7差异很大,不建议参考进口S7的热处理参数。
